No, Ken does not have skinny shoulders, he is walking on them. He just sent this picture to show everyone that sometimes we take life for granted. He said that from now on, he will slow down and try to get over to the other lane when passing people walking on the roads. He has a deeper appreciation for street workers, cops and hitch hikers.
